This 18 inch wide hanging pendant light from Akari Lanterns is a swag plug-in type hanging lamp that is fully assembled with a warm-white LED bulb and ready to install. Many say our pendant lamps resemble Chinese paper lanterns but have a softer and elegant warm glow that is more pleasing to the eye. Hang the lamp from the ceiling with heavy duty staples and then plug the cord into any outlet. The on/off switch is on the cord near the plug.

Perfect!
I have gotten several of these, in different designs, over a few years, and I love them! They are particularly good in kids’ spaces where they are not glass so can handle the occasional ball, etc, but also look lovely and are playful but not at all childish. Perfect!

Excellent light
We bought this beautiful pendant light in the rounds with the soft white light option. It is an eye catcher and statement piece for my daughters room. This in one of the front rooms in the house and you can see it in passing her room. It is light weight and really pretty. We ordered the recommended ceiling kit and I'm glad we did. My husband spent 1/2 hour hanging it himself.

You'll be happy with this purchase. If your looking for a modern or hip-chic look, this is the way the go! The lamp is bigger than I thought it would be, which is a good thing b/c any standard bulb + will fit inside. It looks awesome and with the right bulb can cast a lot of light. We have ours above our sink to make for lack of lighting the kitchen and it has really made a difference. Comes with heavy duty staples and is easy it attach to your wall and ceiling, the install took me less than 10 minutes and I'm quite happy with the way it turned out. For the money and effort, it really transformed the space. Add a few of these and why not for the money and you really light up your pad..compliments to follow.
